Dr. Mukhlis Catio, M.Ed, : ICYS  Awaken the Researching Culture.

The gathering of High School students from all around the globe in the International Conference of Young Scientists (ICYS) on 12th-17th April in Bali, is a reflection of a long and established researching culture that Indonesia have. ICYS is a prestigious international event. In this event, 12 Indonesian students from across the country will present their research in front of the judges. They will compete with participants from Belarus, Brazil, Croatia, Germany, Georgia, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
In his explanation, Dr. Mukhlis Catio M.Ed, Head of  High School Student Directory from the National Education Department, said, “Indonesian students journey in participating ICYS starts from 1200 researches that has been selected into 12 students that are really qualified and potential. Their researches are great.  We’ve prepared ourselves since December 2009.”
