Every preparation for joining this competition had been done in an excellent way. Indonesia’s delegations in this competition have previously joined Indonesia OPSI, a national competition on scientific projects. The selection of the participants begun at regency and provincial selection all over Indonesia. As the host of the competition, we are very optimistic with our delegation that is going to participate in this international event. Indonesia’s delegation have been mentored by members of well-known university institutions of Indonesia, such as University of Indonesia, ITB, University of Airlangga, etc, and the mentoring process have been done intensively. From the evaluation held by the mentors, Indonesian students are ready to achieve gold medals and defend the previous achievements. Good luck for you all. |

International Conference of Young Scientists (ICYS) that will be held on 12th-17th April in Bali is a prestigious international level competition of scientific research on physics, chemistry, mathematics, information technology, and earth science areas of study. After succeeding in achieving Overall Winner in the 16th ICYS at Pszczyna, Poland at 2009, this year Indonesia is entrusted the honor to be the host of ICYS 2010. Through this event, according to the Chief Sector of Student Talents and Achievements of National Education Department, the future prospect of research area will continue to develop, because researching cultures are based on interests of the youth to create scientific projects that are initiated in a regional level and continues to an international level.| < Prev | Next > |
